Hi everyone. We read that Tadalafil provides men with a 36 hours time window. But I need to know Your experience. For how many hours Tadalafil gives you a reliable erection? And is the strength different between 2 hours and 24 hours after taking the medication?
I greatly appreciate your responses.

I used tadalafil (brand name Cialis) for many years and it's true, it really works that long and allows for great spontaneity. 24 hours later, the effect is still strong.

Just make sure you are taking a genuine drug and always consult your urologist first.

Thanks... Have you tried Sildenafil as well?

Before I started injections I was taking 5mg of cialis daily for prostate. If we wanted sex I would take a 20mg dose of cialis a few hours before starting foreplay and sex. It gave me a good boner and we had sex but the erection went away shortly after finishing. It never lasted long enough for a second round. This is why I went to injections. Now, I stick my dick about 20 minutes before starting foreplay. Get a full erection in about 5-10 minutes and am ready to go. My 10 units of juice will give me a hardon for about two to two and a half hours.

Talk to your uro.

Yes, I have. In fact, I've tried almost all PDE-5 inhibitors: sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil and now avanafil.

Tadalafil was always my favorite but it seems its efficacy started to decrease after many years of regular use, so I'm now taking avanafil (brand names Spedra, Stendra) and I'm very happy with the results.

These drugs are very effective but they only work locally and do not improve libido. If you're anxious or not aroused, they are useless. That's why I suggest you check out apomorphine, as well. Apomorphine is a centrally acting ED treatment that improves both erections and libido.

You can order apomorphine sublingual troches from The ED Clinic and combine it with a PDE-5 inhibitor for excellent results.

Well, let me rephrase that: results may not be as expected.

Apomorphine was an approved ED treatment and it showed some promise but I finally tried it and I didn't like it. My erection was not as strong as before and side effects were unpleasant (e.g. hypotension). It was disappointing but I guess others may have better results.
