Androgen deprivation therapy and penile shrinkage

Dear Friends, I had extremely low testosterone because of some bad health condition. I did not get a single erection in one year because of this. I used to masturbate with my flaccid penis. Four months back, I restored my testosterone level using Clomid. Then I tried Cialis 20 mg to achieve a full erection. Strangely, I did not get fully hard during masturbation but just after cumming my penis got hardened, and I achieved a full 6-inch erection. That was the last time I saw my 6 inch penis. Few days after that incident I was getting raging morning wood on 20 mg Cialis. However, I stopped taking cialis for two months. I noticed that my flaccid size was significantly smaller and light weight. I freaked out and started taking 5 mg Cialis daily. Then the my horror story began. My erection was 3.5 inch in length. It slowly started growing over the time and after 2 months I am at 4.75 inch. Now it is not growing and I have got severe erectile dysfunction. Even 100 mg viagra doesn't work for me. My flaccid size has also reduced from 3.5 inches to 2 inches. In order to achieve an erection I have to force the blood by my hands to fill my penis. I am wondering what caused my penis to atrophy that fast.

I am asking this question because we have many prostate cancer survivors on this forum. Some of them have gone through androgen deprivation therapy. So please help me our. How can I recover my lost 1.25 inch? Would an implant ( I got severe ED now) recover my lost length? Please tell me about your experience with atrophy.

I can't relate to your situation testosterone wise although mine is low. My suggestion would be to talk to your doctor about using a VED or penis pump, immediately. You may wish to also consider injections. I'm also guessing you have some other issue(s), perhaps a pelvic disorder, such as Hard Flaccid Syndrome. These are questions for a doctor or a sexual therapy specialist.

I saw two best urologists in my city, and none of them even cared to look at my penis. They said you are young therefore you may be imagining these things.
