Firstly, I think Frank Talks offer a i nformatin service that has a enormous valor to men who suffer of ED. Thank you.

I started suffering ED episodes two years ago, I realize that I didn't have morning erections. So, when the public doctor said me that it was psicological I try to fins any solution. So I found jelqing exercises, I did it during 2 months and I believed I injury my penis. I say ''believed'' because I did two eco doppler and they didn't show any venous leak, but few members of Frank Talk said me that eco doppler some times doesn't show leak althought you suffer it.

So, yesterday I did a penile TAC that show the state of your penis and, another time, the doctor didn't see any leaks. My ED is psicological...
But when de TAC exam I had a very very very strong erection like a iron pipe, isn't an exageration. They inject in your penis a contrast fluid and the pain was the most painful sensation I had in my life because the hardness of the erection, I believed that it was going to explode.

In less of ten minutes the doctor extracted two syringes of flood to reduce the pressure and inject two doses of phenylephrine to calm down the erection. In less of fifteen minutes from the end of test my erection was a little engorged but not more than 30/40% erection. One day after, my penis hurts a very very little in the dorsal side and in the side from where the doctor extracted the blood (I believed that tomorrow won't hurt me). This afternoon I have tried to get an erection and I haven't got it... I worry about injury my dick and generate a scar tissue with the strong erection of yesterday, the doctor said that all it will be fine.
Somebody have experienced a priapism like that? how it feel when if your flaccid penis have a scar tissue? and... what are yours advice for overcome the psicological ED?

Your post is not very clear and I don't see any reason why you should doubt your doctor's diagnosis: psychogenic ED. You were able to achieve an erection following the injection and the mind does play an essential role in sex. Anxiety and depression are major erection killers. I suggest you do a lot of research on this subject and I strongly recommend anything written by the brilliant urologist Tom F. Lue.

If, however, you still believe this is a case of venous leak, you may want to get a second opinion - there's nothing wrong with that. I don't kow where you live, try to get in touch with the local medical association and find a top specialist in this field.

Good question, I have no idea.

My penis bends a bit to the left, at first I thought it could be Peyronie's Disease but I don't feel any lumps or scar tissue.

I think I don’t need a second opinion because de TAC is a definitive test. So, my only preocupation is if the test caused damage in my penis, is for that for what I am answering about priaprism for people who had had priaprism or scar tissues

Hi. How severe was your ed Before the test? What were your. Symptoms?

I dont know. Any times I could get am erection when masturbation, other times I didn’t...

It isn’t clear for me.

I seriously doubt the test caused any damage. You would have had to have the priapism for an extended time well over 4 hours. Don't sweat it.
