Dear men,
I have heard that ED can cause penis shrinkage over time. Now my question is if one has strong and lasting nocturnal erections in spite of venous leakage, does it prevent shrinkage for sure?

Please anyone?

It is my understanding that nighttime wood plays a very important if not critical role, to maintaining a healthy penis. I can guarantee that serious ED over time will shrink your dick because mine is a good inch shorter than it was pre-ED.

Thanks. I have strong and long erections at nights and in the mornings.... is it enough?

A radical prostatectomy will do the same if one doesn't "stretch" it out via vacuum pump or injections. Of course an penile implant will do the same if one uses it.

I am in my 70s and have suffered with diabetic induced ED for over 20 years, during which time I have not experienced morning or night wood. However, thanks to PE exercises my dick is bigger now than it ever was in the past. However, I do require medical assistance in order to achieve an erection.

If the erections are staying the same size over the years, that is pretty strong evidence that you are not getting shrinkage.

Please describe the the type and frequency of your PE exercises. These details could make a large difference in the size of our dicks, if we can replicate your success.
