My uro suggested that I try low dose Trazadone to see if it helps with my psychogenic ED. Has anyone tried it?

Psychogenic ED is tricky, everyone is different and there is no one-size-fits-all solution.
My urologist also recommended trazodone but it didn't work for me. Side effects were terrible (headaches, insomina, restlessness) and I had to quit. I've read, however, many positive testimonials, so it may work for you. You should definitely give it a try.
I'm now waiting for my order of Impaza and I'm very excited about it. I'll keep you guys posted on the results.

Be careful with trazadone. I took it for insomnia and it helped in that regard, but ruined me elsewhere. It gave me Peyronies.
My urologist’s best guess is that while I was knocked out cold from the trazodone, I got a nighttime erection and rolled over onto it, bending it too much.
I took trazodone for over a year. Slept great, but it brought me to where I am now. I haven’t had penetrative sex in a year because of the peyronies.
Just my experience.

Thank you so much for these responses. What dose did you guys take? My uro suggested 25mg at night to start, possibly upping to 50mg eventually...

Yes, I remember the doctor told me to cut the pills in half and start with a small dose. Even small doses were unbearable, though.
Fade3W is right, there is a risk of penile injury in these cases and it's not just trazodone. If you get extremely hard erections during your sleep, you may inadvertently hurt yourself.
Trazodone was a common ED treatment before Viagra, please keep us posted on your results.

There are surgeries for Peyronies.
