Do you inject without pulling back , or do you pull back and inject ??

If have tried both ways , and seems to work much better , pulling back foreskin , no hematoma at all !!

I always push the foreskin back when urinating. I taught that to myself. In addition, I wash the glans in the morning, in the evening and after each ejaculation with retracted foreskin. Because for a habitual masturbant like me it is important that the penis is always in order. :)

:D Well actually that has nothing to do with the question that I posed, I was referring to the trimix injection !

Was taught to always pull back the skin, and i find it easier to aim the needle that way so yeah...

I have an implant now, but I used injections for a number of years. I always pulled back the foreskin and pulled forward the glans as hard as I could tolerate before injecting at either the 10 o'clock or 2 o'clock position.

I found the harder that I pulled the less pain I had, but getting a hematoma was always a bit of bad luck on the odd occasion - it wouldnt happen on several injections, then bang...I hit a vein or something and get one.

What did seem to help though was having either a cold shower, or put like an icy cold wet hand towel on your penis for a few minutes prior to injection. Maybe it helps numb the pain, maybe it shrinks the blood vessels so you are less likely to hit them, Im not sure - but I often found them to be the most painless and rarely caused hematoma issues.

I have a short cock, only 4 inches when hard and maybe 2 when injecting, plus a lot of foreskin. When ready to inject I lay the needle on the sink, use whichever hand will not do the injection and pull back the foreskin and bend my cock toward the side I am not injecting on. I then pick up the needle and insert about 3/4 inch behind the cock head and push the plunger. I do the same when injecting the other side of my cock. It's just the best way that works for me.

I might add that because of my short cock I usually work up a partial erection before injecting. Makes for larger area to inject and veins more visible.
