Was just wondering if anyone is still active that had an implant that had no issues post op and after the healing process. I'm having this procedure done next week so I'm nervous. I would like to hear from all especially men between ages 30-45 if there are even any. I've been told from many im to young for this procedure and I'm only 44 years young

Hi,
There are many young guys between 20 and 40 that are happy with their implants.
Just make a research on this forum and you’ll find tons of great stories!

Great question. I'm in the same boat, pretty sure I'll need the implant in my 30's and I'm worried this is too young

I do not know guys.. I mean ... the average life of an implant should be 10/15 years.
This means that if you want to stop fucking when you turn 80, you’ll need on average 3/4 revisions (+ the original implant).
Btw I bet in 10/20 years there gonna be much more resistant implants, thus the estimated number of revisions could be less than 3/4.
And actually, if you have no alternatives, why not?

My thought is, if it does not work get it fixed so you can have a happy sexy life. If other things work for you then you have the choice of waiting.

I wasn't young when implanted, but if ED hit me in my 30's there would have been nothing stopping me from finding a permanent cure/fix. I still hate that it took me close to 15 years suffering from ED, taking pills and sticking a needle in my penis that caused bad side effects before getting my implant.
Yes if you're in your 30's you'll probably need a revision at some point. The good part is new and improved implants are being worked on. In 10-15 years who knows what that may bring.

Oh hell, I didn't know that sex over 80 is taboo.
Please don't tell my wife lol.
By the way, no issues post implant and it works well.

I was 63 when I went “bionic” after 34 yrs of injections.
My fervent wish/hope/desire is that I use this one so much that I have to have a new one put in at age 73, 83, 93, and I haven’t ruled out the idea of getting one at 103.
Longevity is in my family’s genes on both sides and God willing I have many happy and healthy years to use this device. Apparently there is also a horn-dawg gene I picked up from somewhere in the family tree.
Current debate: wife thinks sex 3x a week is quite a bit. I think once every 3 hours would be about the right amount.
As to the original poster’s question about “is there anyone who had no issues after surgery?”
I think the vast majority of implant guys experience little or no real problem.
I had very little discomfort and no real pain. Some swelling and bruising for sure, but it subsided pretty quick. My pump didn’t want to settle into a convenient location and voila, one day I woke up and it was right where it needed to be. After a year I am so close to my original penis dimensions that I consider the difference irrelevant. What’s half a centimeter or a quarter of an inch compared to a rock hard, ready to go, throbbing (yes I still throb some) cock? In my case I went into it with the mindset I would have a good result and uneventful recovery and that’s what I got.

I’ve had no real issues from the surgery. 20 years of ED had taken the joy out of my life. I experienced depression, tried to end it twice. It affected my relationship with my loving wife, made me quit working too early, has totally snatched my confidence in anything.
Looking back, I would have gotten the implant when I was 40, as soon as the signs began.
Actually I would have gotten one, if I could have, when I was 20 because of Premature Ejaculation.
For a surgeon, implants are an easy operation, barring complications. One small incision, 2 corporotomies, place a reservoir, measure, insert cylinders, attach hoses, insert pump, stitch it all up. 30-45 minutes.

Had my implant Jan 2020 no complaints. Will be 69 yrs old in Feb. My thought if it doesn’t work it’s worthless! Fix it! No complaints can fuck like a teenager again! My regular urologists did my surgery over year ago and I’m doing great.
