I was diagnosed as having Hypogonadism Two years ago. I was given testogel 16.2mg one pump daily. My T levels have gone up and down while I have been on the gel. I visited my endocrinologist today to get my latest results. He reports my T level is still low he said it’s 3.6 ? And my SHBG is 12 my prolactin level as come down from being over 1000 to 133. My psa as more than doubled in two weeks. So he as stopped the T gel until he as spoken to my oncologist. So now I don’t know what my options are I suffered with ED since having a radical prostatectomy in 2016 and radiotherapy in 2018. I have only started to get a decent erection in the last six months although they are rare they are functional. So now I am worried about am I going to lose what erections I get now. And if I do what are options medication like PDE5 didn’t work beforehand. So lord knows what I am going to do

And to add to the problems of ED and low T. My psa is rising quickly so is the cancer making a return :|

I had no idea what the PSA increase meant, but after looking it up, it worries me.
I guess you have to trust that your oncologist will figure out your next course of action.

Good luck.

How high and fast is your PSA rising? Mine has been moving around a bit too. I'm currently getting a PSA every 3 months. A rising PSA post RP is never good. Unfortunately the likely answer is a reemergence of cancer. I'd take care of that before worrying about other stuff.
Good luck.

My psa as gone from undetectable for the last 2 years to a detectable amount and then it’s trebled in two weeks to 1.0. I will not getting my psa checked again for 6 weeks :|

I wouldn't worry about the tripling in two weeks until that test is confirmed by a follow up test.
