Using Viagra then injecting with papaverine?

I am in Vietnam where Trimix is illegal.
The closest place I know I can get it is Hong Kong and the flight there and the cost of medicine there is Expensive.
An Andrology Doctor (male gynecologist) here told me what he prescribes his patients is to take a 50MG Viagra pill, then one hour later inject in the penis with papaverine.
He said to try 20mg first and if no go, 30mg and if no go finally 40 mg.
I've seen online that it's not recommended to do this.
Has anyone tried this and did it work?
Does anyone know of a country close by to Vietnam where I can get Trimix?
I can get a mixture of Prostaglandin and Papaverine in Singapore or Thailand - has anyone tried that?
Anyone's suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

mgdon1 - Be careful combining oral pills with injections - although this process is done stateside, it is done only under the supervised care of a physician who knows what he's doing. I spent over 2 yrs. in Vietnam and know their healthcare to be in a shambles.....now, that was >40 yrs. ago. Maybe things are different now but I doubt it. I can't imagine having a priapism in a third world health care environment. That spells disaster to me. merlin

I use 10 mg of daily Cialis to help with erections on days I do not inject Trimix. I also occasionally add 50 mg of Viagra to help boost my erections and still need constriction to achieve a hard erection.Though the combination was not recommended by my endocrinologist, he is now aware that I am combining the two pills and after 6 months of no issues, he no longer had a problem with the combination.

When I want satisfying orgasmic sex, I need to take a Trimix injection. On several occasions, I have injected after taking the Cialis and Viagra when they were not working well without experiencing any negative side effects. I seem to have a fairly high tollerence to these drugs so I would not recommend it for anyone who gets a decent reaction from low doses.
