I use a penis pump device however after pumping I develop a noticeably larger and harder dorsal vein.

This is kinda sore and I believe it is called Mondor's disease. The thing is it is temporary and subsides in a week or two.

Obviously this is not a good thing and as a result I cannot pump anymore.

I am wondering if anyone else has this issue and successfully found a resolution.

When i was injecting i used a plastic type adjustable strap, which did fine for quite awhile and gaining a little more girth, the strap was pinching a conjunction of veins i hadnt noticed, which i think is called atrophy and went to bed and next morning I noticed it and immediately started to message them down and it worked. it didn't hurt at all. Had to stop injections for another reason, went to the pump, constriction ring and sildenafil. The 5-6 time out with the pump i figured i could test it a little more ( i usually pump slow up to -5 ) i got it to where i normally do and pushed it to -10) not good plan! My tunica just under the glans was puffed up ( atrophy) and a few of the top veins, i messaged them out all but 1 small 3/4" vein horizontal to the head at the edge between head and shaft i couldn't get to relax. Alls working ok except for that, just keep it at my -5 pressure. Hope that helps.
