I know there are a few posts on this topic, but their spread out with not a lot of information. I was hoping to get feedback from people that have tried it. Did it work well? How nauseous did it really make you? I got a vial from my trt doctor and I was wanting to check before trying it. Thanks guys!

So I did try this last night. After about six hours I had an erection that would not go down. I have had it pretty much from 1am to now. I’ve had to really work hard to even get it down a few seconds before it goes back up again , so it does work. I’ve gotten off three times in 12 hours and I could still get hard again. It’s crazy. I did have severe flushing and headache but took Dramamine ahead of time and had no nausea

My urologist recently gave me three trial doses of PT-141. I don’t know the concentration of the solution but it was 10u, 15u, and 20u by volume.

I tried them in ascending order of volume.

Dose 1, 10u, took the shot at about 10am. Had some mild flushing feeling and my stomach felt a little off. Nausea would be too strong a word. That feeling went away after 3 or 4 hours.
After about 4 or 5 hours I was HORNY. My erections were spontaneous and stronger than usual but I still required a shot of my injection erection medication for penetration. Did I mention that I was REALLY REALLY HORNY.? I had an orgasm and was ready to go again 30 mins later.

Dose 2, 15u took the shot around 4 in the afternoon. Same mild flushing and feeling slightly off. Super horny and better erections around 9pm. Had sex. Woke up in the middle of the night grinding my hard cock into the mattress. Had sex again. Woke in the morning hard again and I rarely get decent morning wood anymore.

Dose 3, 20u took the shot around 2 in the afternoon. Same flushing and slightly off feeling. Super horny. I took this dose on my own and didn’t take my erection shot. My hubby was traveling so I was on my own but my urologist wanted me to experiment with this without taking any other erection meds. REALLY horny. Stronger erections with no other meds than usual. I would not have been hard enough for penetration with PT-141 alone. Someone else might be. Jacked off. 30 mins later, super horny, jacked off again. Went to bed and got a fairly poor nights sleep because I kept waking up SUPER HORNY grinding my cock into the mattress. I probably jacked off 5 times total throughout the evening, night, and early morning.

The effect seemed to wear off around 10am the next morning.


So I have a strong boost to my libido (which is already pretty strong) and a moderate boost to my erections, but not enough to overcome my ED on its own.

It definitely turned me on a little more but the noticeable effect was hard erections. It had a little effect 3 hours in, had sex and was soft.30 mins later was hard again and had sex again. That night at about six hours in I woke up with a major hard on that would hardly go down. I fell back asleep and at 7 am realized I had an erection that wasn’t going to go away without something done. It was staying hard pretty much non stop so I got concerned and took Sudafed and after an hour it started subsiding. I've done a lot of detailed reporting on this in another thread recounting effects at differing dosages. In sum, the effect on ED was modest, and for me, the nausea was bad and lasted into the next day. The sweet spot was some 6-12 hours in depending on dose, and you suffer some nausea before, during and after. The next day I was blah. You can get dangerously horney and end up with hours of partial boners but no brass ring for sex with ED.
