Help!

Okay, as I mentioned in my first post, I'm a 25 year old male who developed a slightly more than mild touch of ED(could be serious). It seemed to come on suddenly, but I think there was some ED on & off building up to my latest episode early this year. What's happening is that there is a lot of loss of sensation, and when I think stimulating thoughts or attempt to have sex/get an erection, the muscles never seem to relax and my erection just goes to the side, it just feels short and hard. Other times I'm able to get to my full length and have an erection, usually when I'm sexting my gf (in a distance relationship). When I do have the full erection, theres what appears to be a knot or a rib on the side (kind of like ribbed condoms :D) that I don't think is natural to be there and its hard to the touch. Sometimes when I feel that I have to use the restroom (usually before a bowel movement), my flaccid penis appears to be in an "hourglass" form, i.e. the middle seems to be constricted while the base and the end have normal girth. I'm really worried about how bad this could become, and I'm clueless how to stop it from getting any worse. Any advice guys?

skapunk111,
Sounds like ... Penile fibrosis (Peyronie's Disease) presence of excess collagen formations (often called plaque) that affects the erectile bodies of the penis. The fibrotic lesions reduce penile tissue elasticity and can result in penile curvature, painful erections, constrictions (hour-glass deformity), loss of length or girth and erectile dysfunction.

Best to seek out a good Urologist to confirm ... don't take this lightly ... get it checked out.

If that's the case what are the recommended cures/treatments? Thanks for your help

It sounds like Peyronies but until a doc checks it out. You MUST go to a doctor immediately. This can be treated, but the sooner the better. Where are you? Do not go to just any uro. You need a sexual medicine specialist.
email me at paul@franktalk.org now.
Thanks

If your urologist will say "to watch" and come back in 6mths go to another specialist...

I cannot say I know how to cure peyronie but due to the injury related to the injection my penis started developin curvature to the right. More like a banana shape. I kept using stretching devise and VED pump and few month later the curvature is less pronounced. Though I am doing this routine for quite a while and my uro agrees with the protocol.
Your uro might suggest something different, though as I said if you will be told just "to watch" find another doctor.
