I've done a forum search but have not found much.

Has anyone had experience with HA or other injections to the Glans?
I use Trimix at the moment and an implant may be in the future at some point.
I often don't get much glans and/or corpus spongiosum engorgement with trimix.

I'm exploring glans enhancement through HA injections. I'd ideally get enough of an increase in size to offset the lack of engorgement. Not looking for any other increase in length or girth.

Does anyone have experience with this?

I don't think I'd fool with the glans. The special nerve endings get less sensitive with aging to the point where orgasm doesn't happen; see topic "Anorgasmia."

When I expand my glans with a cock ring, it seems to get slightly less sensitive. The special nerve endings seem to want to be closer together, I guess.
