Any Have Success with HealthCare.gov and Implant

Hey everyone. I'm sure many can relate to this, I've had a wild ride trying to get my procedure covered. Has anyone had actual success with a CIGNA Healthcare.gov plan covering their Implant procedure. I had seen urologists for years for pills, shots, and ved. I just need hope that someone here has actually has success with coverage.
