Girth getting larger - weak tunica?

Has anyone here ever noticed their erections growing in girth over the years, like a bulging out of the sides of your penis?

Apparently, there is a condition where the elasticity of the tunica weakens over the years, and erections expand in terms of girth. I read about this in the Implants forum with a gentleman who had this issue, and I have it myself. Yet, I find nothing about it online.

Can anyone share if you've noticed your girth increasing over the years? I'm trying to determine how rare this is or if it is problematic in some way (like increasing the risk of penile fracture.)
