Site down not useable

Am I only one who is waiting 5 minutes each time I try move
around site. Paul we need your help.. Balsa

Problem started yesterday and continues today. BIG delays for all actions. Not really useable in current operation

It's not just you. It isn't working correctly and is real slow. I assumed it was me as I have real crappy interned service.
