Question about venous leak

To those of you who have venous leak and cannot get full (100%) erection.

Is there any position that help you to reach such an erection, for example by squeezing your thighs or crossing your legs? Or you cannot reach full erection no matter of what you do / how much you stimulate?

I have a pretty high venous leak. It's been progressive, and I can no longer get a penetration grade erection without either a VED and ring or trimix injection. I grew to hate the VED and ring, it hurt like hell, so I went to trimix and its world's better. For many years Viagra, Levitra, or Cialis would work. But then I started having to take so much of any of those it made me feel sick for 24 hours after. I added l-arginine and l-citrulline, which helped for a long time, that way, I could take less of the Viagra and it worked for a time. So, now what works for me is to take a quarter tab of Levitra, my twice daily citrulline/arginine drink (I take both of those about an hour before sex), and the trimix shot. So, all of this seems to lock the erection in for at least 45 minutes to an hour and it's game on. ED is a moving target, and the routine seems to change over time with me and others. For now, with all of this crap I have to do, I get a solid King Kong erection, and both wife and I are happy.

I'm not sure where you are in your journey, but I can recommend trimix wholeheartedly.
