Errection issues age 31

Hello Everyone,
At the ripe old age of 31, it appears I have been struck down probably with a very noticeable ‘ Erectile dysfunction’ and to a degree libido. Till last year I had no problem with either. In fact when I was 29 both my erection firmness and and libido were still as high as my teens (albeit the refractory period was longer)My research suggests that is in self is not common. In point of fact for a number of weeks that year my erection strength (was longer to) and libido where the highest they ever have been and never replicated. That was shortly after I added/tried Pumkin seeds/Bee pollen/Coq10 to my diet for the first time. So much so to get a full erection(longest than ever it was to)/hard as anything required just a few strokes and with no further stimulation and still stayed rock hard for several minutes vs now many to get a by comparison inadequate erection and disappears quickly without stimulation. I guess the biggest concern/sadness is the drastic nature of the decrease in such a short time.
I’m at a loss as to what could be the cause for such significant changes as the usual suspects can pretty much be ruled out. Ie
1) I don’t drink (and truth be told I never have )
2) I don’t smoke (and never have either) (exposure to parents 2nd hand smoke perhaps)
3 ) My diet is substantially the same as it has been for many years (although to mum passing last year have indulged in a ‘slight’ junk food eating
4) I do daily a decent amount of exercise covering stomach/chest/arms/legs.
My weight is about in the middle of the range for my height (5’6)
I tried adding the same things again to perhaps slight benefit.
My research suggests ED can be genetic/inherited. The only problem with that is BOTH my parents had very high sex drive through life. For instance my mum said they had sex 3x daily at times when they were in there 20’s and then perhaps 2x sometime in there 30s. Despite dad having lung issues (COPD) mum said he was still very much healthy/no issues in the erection department despite being now fast forward to being in his 60’s and without the aid of Viagra/similar things. This would also be despite both being huge smokers from 19 in mums case and about 17 in dads, which is said to be very bad for erection issues. On my mothers side her parents where said to have no libido issues, high if anything mum said (4 kids). On dads aint a clue as his ‘natural’ father is not the one that brought him up and he was less open about everything(only found out his dad was not biologically last year) let alone sex side of things.
Mum passed away last year (and all that entails) is only thing I can muster, but at risk of sounding uncaring my libido/erection issues where still largely retained in the first months afterwards even if I was super shocked from the out of blue nature of it. Mobile phone use is said to be a cause of ED and indeed I have used the mobile a lot more since she passed, so thats the only major culprit I can think of. I guess my gums may not be quite as healthy (due to the added junk food refered ) perhaps is the only other reason (a study suggested gum health ed link)
Other than the ED/Libido issue I am quite healthy and strong for my height (only 5 ‘6). Even my lungs despite being Exposed to 2nd hand smoke from the very beginning seems as good and sometimes better than many of my peers inspite of them not having parents that smoked. Not sure if it is relevant but I did have my appendix taken out at age 8 and maybe was a few weeks premature.
I apologist for the rambling with some details that may or may not be relevant just figured more detail is better than to little.
