how trustworthy is kamagra?

I have used kamagra 50-100mg in the past, which is supposed to contain just sildenafil. How much can this be trusted though? Would generic sildenafil from a more reputable company be better? is viagra (brand name) at all better than generic sildenafil?
35 gay male, top/vers. ED complicated by long-term SSRI and quetiapine use as well as smoking previously. Currently on 5mg cialis daily. Also tried sildenafil 25-100mg on demand, all successful.

A Google search says that Kamagra in unlicensed in the UK. I've used 100mg sildenafil for years and I find that it works identically to Viagra, but of course is much cheaper: $5 per 100mg. It's been through the FDA licensing process for safety and effectiveness, and I only buy it at an actual pharmacy, not through the mail.
Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.

Are you located in the US? If so, you can get generic sildenafil really cheap now. Using GoodRX, you can get 30 100mg pills for around $10 USD.
