In the last two weeks I have received notification of private messages ready for viewing. Each time I try to open them I get the following message: "You are not authorised to read private messages that are on hold". Can someone please tell me what is going on and how to fix it?

How many messages are in your "Inbox"? There is a limit of 100 on mine (and, I guess, on everyone's). Once you reach the limit, you have to delete some in order for the "release messages" command to work.

Did you see the "release messages" link a little bit above your message center?
