Are there any supplements that people have tried that have worked out well for any reason? I tried extenze (gas station male enhancement) the other day which actually seemed to help a lot, but the issue is that I don’t really trust all the ingredients in there as the company does not seem to be very reputable and it also really got my heart pumping and I kept waking up all night.

If there is anything that has worked, could you please mention what it is and what specifically it helped with (e.g., libido, hardness, etc.)?

Thanks!

Hi bro, supplements/pills haven't really helped much in my case. have you tried cialis/viagra? if so, how do they fare compared to the gas station pills you have tried? also, since you say you have a VL, how do you know for sure? have you gotten a doppler ultrasound to verify?

Earlier on, I found l-arginine and tonkat ali helped generate a good semi.

Try Ayurveda. It had been a great solution in my case. I tried several home remedies which turned out to be a great healer. Herbs like, Aswagandha, Shilajit and Gokshura was really effective. I have followed iahas.com for the natural remedies. You can try some too.

Yes, supplements may be helpful but 'natural' doesn't always mean 'safe'. Always consult your doctor first.

I am a huge fan of antioxidants and I'm currently taking a pycnogenol complex from Naturmil that also includes vitamins C and E.

Some pharmacies actually sell a combination of Viagra + vitamin E.

L-arginine seems to work sinergistically with pycnogenol but it worsens my hair loss, so I had to quit.

Simbarn also mentioned resveratrol, it shows great promise.

A lot of talk out there about L-Arginine but its precursor L-Citrilline may introduce more L-Arginine: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5368575/ <-- sorry, can't get URLs to work.

Look up posts from solvingadream, as he talks about what he calls a dick drink. I take the same formula, and it works for me...arginineL etc...
