I am a single guy (mid-thirties) with mild to moderate ED.... I tend to masturbate each night before turning in. Qst: Is masturbating every day too much? Is this considered over-masturbation? Funny thing is...I can get a much harder erection at night (without meds/injections) than I can in the morning..I would almost think it would be the opposite.

Also, half the time I watch a clip of mild porn (cinemax) to masturbate to. I never watch more then one scene at a time becuase I do not want to have "Porn Induced ED". Is watching one scence even too much to where it effect my ED in a negative way?
