Has anyone here experienced any ED issues after getting a shot of the coronavirus vaccine? Any news on that?

I’ve heard and researched that death is much worse than ED…

I haven’t seen ED listed or discussed as a vaccine side effect.

I am a staunch advocate of everyone doing a personal risk analysis and deciding for themselves if vaccination is worth it. I took the shot. Actually two with a booster planned this week. (Pfizer). Not just because I’m 65, but I live near my 90 year old mom and see her/take meals up the hill to her house pretty much daily. Still, I thought a case of this virus at 65 (despite my excellent health) was not something I wanted.

If I was 35, had minimal contact with the elderly or people at risk of bad outcomes…I might have chosen differently. Like an implant, TRT, or a nose job…..every medical procedure including this ought to be undertaken after careful thought and personally weighing risk vs reward.

If I had already had a case of the Covid, and my doctor said the disease had been a stout enough case to confer immunity, I don’t think I would have been in a rush to get a shot. But I managed to avoid catching it.

If I had teenagers in contact with my mom, I’d want them to be vaccinated. If they got the virus at school then recovered, probably not. Medical care is not one size fits all, even though that’s contrary to the doctrine of portion controlled servings.

Itching at the injection site. That’s all I saw from either shot. Talk to your doctor. Read what reports you can find. Use your own judgment. This virus is a mild flu to a young person but can get really nasty as you get older…especially with other health conditions. Then exercise your own best decision making. Your body, your choice.

Unfortunately the article is based on info from the category of "medical professionals" (note the quotes) that've historically sold poison disguised as medicine to the general public without regard to safety and long term health effects. Although I do appreciate the find, I find the info therein to be questionable with the potential motive to possibly get the public on the vaccination bandwagon. I hope I'm wrong. But I'd rather rely on a few personal sources on this forum than on a group of docs who could be selling us future death.

Also, the research covering the possible link between ED and covid was performed in the same country that's known as the worst for medical integrity which is italy. I dont trust ANY info coming from italy and neither should anyone.

Thank you!

Appreciate the reply. Although as you said, ED isnt listed as a side effect it doesnt mean it doesnt exist as such.

Docs do admit that the body's endothelial system may be damaged by covid. This is enough motivation to get the shot in addition to avoiding being elbowed out of restaurants.

You said if you were younger you might have decided against getting the vaccine. Are you implying that the vaccine is harmful?

Evidence based science is overwhelming on this. Covid-19 vaccines do NOT cause ED. Covid-19, on the other hand, increases the risk of ED by about 6 times.https://www.webmd.com/lung/news/2021040 ... with-covid

I've had 2 shots of Pfizer a few months ago, no side effects of any kind. No change in ED either.
