I think mine did. I'm not sure if it's associated with my minimal Peyronies or just the ED. It seems much shorter & less girth. I think it's about the same erect size (girth and length) as used to be, ignoring the curvature.

Though, even when I can get it erect it with PDE5 meds it's maybe only 70% erect. If woman is riding me with me sitting down, it's pretty hopeless- whatever erection I had will go away. Venous leak?

For me yes. I always used to hang down a couple inches. Now with reduced blood flow all the time I shrink up a lot more. I am admittedly jealous of the men who've been implanted. I've read several posts where they feel more confident and proud to strut around the locker room once again. For about 90 minutes after sex I really enjoy the warm, plumped up hanging penis that I have until the Trimix finishes wearing off.
Sounds like a venous leak. A urologist can perform a penile ultrasound and help diagnose what's going on.

I know mine did. The only times an erection happened is with Viagra, Trimix & Quadmix. When your penis is flaccid 95% of the time it's bound to shrink some. After my implant it's shorter than my young days, but it gets hard!

Yes this happened. but after using audio Wave device it came back to normal. see post on audio wave high frequency.

I feel mine is getting smaller with time .
I'm trying to stop the process by taking Sildenafil at night to help erections.
Does anyone have any other tips to prevent size loss? Does VED help much?

Daily Cialis might be better than sildenafil. I just bought an open ring from Omegaflex (https://omegaflex.biz/, similar to the more expensive Eddy by Giddy device) -- some of the reviewers say its design allows them to wear it around to force blood to stay longer; I'm not at the point of agreeing with them since I just got it yesterday.

I believe my flaccid state did get smaller with the onset of ED and bout with bladder cancer. Currently using VED and it has helped with flaccid and erect length.

ED after a prostatectomy my dick was 1 inch long. Needed tweezers to pee. Would piss allover my fingers. Love my 5 1/2 inch flaccid implanted dick.
