One way to get it from brick and mortar pretty cheap is to go to GoodRx.com, price compare, print their coupon and present that coupon.

I'm about to do this at Costco for both the 5mg daily and the 20mg on-demand pill, so I can't confirm it works firsthand. But, I found out about this approach having the same question and googling. To me, it's cheap enough I don't even need to bother with places like Roman or Hims (and I don't think they'd be the cheapest online by far if you were to go the online route). What you need to do is price shop first with GoodRx, figure out where you want to buy then get urologist to send the scrips there.

Is it legal? I heard that getting drugs from foreign country is not legal.

Costco's own pricing turned out to be lower for me than GoodRx. 30 days of 5mg of Cialis was $10.14, GoodRx was only ~ $13. So I'm not sure how much benefit you want to get (to save how much?) from somebody you don't really know.

the place where i get my meds you don;t need a doctors script

So implicit in absence of doc's scrip I'm thinking you

a) don't want to go to (or can't afford) the doc; or;
b) want the cialis even if you don't need it (recreational use); or;
c) something else I'm just not thinking of! :)

A solution for (a) or (b) would be to get a scrip going with a Hims or Roman (online consults --> scrip). Then after your first order get your scrip transferred to your pharmacy of choice. Sorry if I'm not thinking about this the right way... though I think the advice could apply to others regardless..

I get generic Cialis, Levitra or viagra at viabestbuys.com made and shipped from India which manufactures huge amounts of generics of all types. Read somewhere they will export 1 billion Covid vaccination doses in addition to making 2 billion for their own citizens. I bought a year's supply (keep them in refrigerator) and while it takes longer to receive by mail still a very good buy. Pills work just like the brand names. Viabestbuy.com has an online
order master who works out of San Francisco if you run into snags.

I don't find their pricing any better than Costco, just saying, using 100 of 20mg vs their 100 of 25mg generic viagra as a benchmark. Their price (pre-shipping and shipping takes 2+ weeks) is $100, Costco is $70+. Forgetting about shipping and adjusting for the dosage differential it's a push to me and I'd rather pick it up at Costco. Noting that you need a scrip for Costco, of course. But, scrip considerations aside, I could still be convinced...
