Sublingual tablets sildenafil

I've been taking sildenafil pills for a couple years now currently at 75 mg it's starting to slow down just wondering by taking sublingual tablets it would go straight into the bloodstream and working better pain pills. Because I know when you take pills it has to be the processed by the liver first and that's how I built the tolerance the liver filters it out. I'm wondering if I switch to sublingual tablets if I would get another Good year of use.
