It work fine and I wrote big article about that, which attract lot of attention, because man in Russia is insanely closed about ED, and know nothing about penile prosthesis (and another way of treatment). It's symbol of weakness here, I guess.
I want to ask questions: How distribute information about penile prosthesis as wide as it possible? And should this be done?
As you are mainly trying to help other men in Russia, perhaps create your own web page in Russian, optimise it correctly with the relevant keywords and let the search engines do the rest for you. As you will have little competition in Russia from similar websites as this is such a new topic for your country, I suspect it will rank organically very quickly. Facebook will also help to draw attention to your website, but it will also limit what you can say due to its regulations. I have built several websites and understand how to optimise them effectively for the search engines, if you do not understand this find someone to help you and or do some reading.
Perhaps your sexuality is not really relevant here, it doesn't need to be mentioned. The issues men face with ED are the same regardless of sexual preference. You may help many men and perhaps there will be less obstacles if you do not mention being bisexual as I feel this is a separate topic and one that may be an even greater hurdle than ED in parts of your country. I am gay so I understand this very well. I am lucky however, that I live in a country where attitudes are changing rapidly, especially with the younger generation and the fact that we can get married and be recognised as being equal in the eyes of the law now. A giant leap from when I was a young man.
It is good to hear that your current experience of this in Moscow is that many people do not care.
