Sad news for shopaholics around the world: the online forwarding community Parcl is over.

This platform allowed its users to buy, sell and ship from around the world but their website was recently shut down.

I spent thousands of euros on Parcl (not just ED drugs but also cosmetics and all types of products) and couldn't be happier with the results. You could get products from anywhere in the world, a true global business.

Fortunately, I still have the contacts of my wonderful forwarders in China (that's how I get my oral phentolamine for ED), the United States and the United Kingdom.

If you know any alternative or similar community, please let me know.

I use oral phentolamine in combination with a PDE-5 inhibitor (Viagra, Cialis, or Zydena). These drugs don't do much for me on their own but they work sinergistically. Unfortunately, combination therapy also increases the risk of side effects (headaches, hypotension, tachycardia), so you should always consult your doctor first.

Phentolamine is an alpha blocker: it stops sympathetic action and increases blood flow to the penis. So, I believe it may be effective in cases of sexual performance anxiety. There are other alpha blockers that are also used to treat ED, only your doctor can say which one is right for you.

OK. Flomax / Tamsulosin is also an alpha blocker. It's unclear when and for whom you'd want to introduce something like that as a "force multiplier" to the PDE5 (which also reduces the constrictive behaviors of veins and capillaries).

Thx Flavio it looks like a lot of the research not surprisingly is on those with prostate or urinary tract symptoms which could contribute to ED. I wonder if an alpha blocker would help for someone who does not have such issues presently (like me). Your signature doesn't mention it for you either. I actually asked my urologist a couple weeks ago about adding an alpha blocker and he negated the idea (wouldn't help). But I suppose if I could get my hands on an alpha blocker I could try it out.

EDIT: actually, I'm already taking yohimbine which I just learned is an alpha blocker. I'm taking so many supplements and have leapt in them so unscientifically it's hard to know if any are doing anything. Though I do believe in the Citrulline / L-Arginine combo.

Everyone is different and reactions to these drugs vary quite a lot.

Yes, this combination (udenafil + phentolamine + Seredyn) worked for me but it may not work for others. Only a doctor can say what's right in each case.

I tried yohimbe and other alpha-blockers in the past and none of them worked, only phentolamine was effective. Yohimbe was unbearable (insomnia, tachycardia, headaches) and I had to quit.

If your doctor told you not to take up this regimen, you should follow his advice (e.g. heart patients should never try this, you may have low blood pressure).
