Do you ever "boost" your once-daily 5mg Cialis

I was wondering if anybody using daily 5mg Cialis / tadalafil does anything to boost their PDE5 levels when sex is on the menu? I mean, like take also a 20mg viagra or perhaps another 5mg of Cialis.

I know there are other catalysts (citrulline / arginine) that you can be part of your regimen but here I'm strictly wondering about PDE5 intake.

I take 50mg of viagra and 2 Allmax yohimbine 90 minutes before sex. 10 minutes before sex I put on my cock ring to start an erection and than inject my quadmix.

Not Cialis, but I take 20mg of Sildenafil daily, and on the days I want the greatest glans engorgement and feeling, usually when I am planning a marathon session, I on-board an additional 80 mg. I also use a cock ring for those times and get slightly more girth and sensitivity. That's what works for me when I want the most pleasure I can get.

I would use 10mg Cialis daily and usually 20mg 4-6 hours before a night of sex. Only did this the last few months of using it and it was failing to last long enough. That’s when I knew it was time for injections

I take an extra 5mg before sex always. This helps me overcome the increase of hyper-adrenergic activity that I experience especially during sex from what I consider to be both psychogenic and physiological dysfunctions in this mechanism of erectile function. This boost to the NO pathway can be enough sometimes to overpower this inhibitive influence and other times I can feel it is not. If I take more than 10mgs of Tadalafil, the side effects the next day such as headaches are a problem.
