Thanks for the reply. Does Caverject injections work for you then?

You’re right to be concerned. No 28 yr old guy wants the worry of being impotent, having a limp dick, not being a whole man. For that matter neither do 65 year old men, or even 90 year old men. That itch never seems to really ever go away.
But you need to quit putting Rene Descartes before the horse. Before you start trying to zeroing in on solutions, a correct, valid, grounded-in-reality diagnosis is crucial.
To answer your question about Caverject. In my 30s and 40s it worked. It also gave me the worst case of achy dick you can imagine. Now, when they mix the Caverject with two other compounds to make TriMix, I could inject and it worked great until I was in my late 50s/early 60s. Even then it worked some of the time, it just got unreliable in terms of time.
Your emotional state is so critical to erection capability. Use me as an example. Back in the days before any pills, injections were new, and implants were experimental and not considered suitable for a 29 year old.
Armed with only a cock ring, keeping my health good by exercise and a proper diet, I was able to relax and quit worrying sufficiently to enjoy good sex with a roughly 80% erect dick. Wife was happy with it. We would save the once a week bi-mix injection for the weekend but had good sex every night. And trust me, I had bad VL and was born with it.
Attitude is critical. You can and will conquer it. The tools are out there in this new modern age. In the 80s doctors used to tell you it was all in your head. It’s not, there are real physical causes. But what’s going on in your head can make it worse. Or better.
Telling a guy in his 20s to be patient when discussing sex….I’d have better luck having a conversation with a toaster. But seriously, start the journey with a single step. Find out for sure what’s really going on. Then proceed to fix it. It can be fixed.
