Now is the insurance changing time.
What company is good for this? I am not employed so I have to get one off the marketplace.

It totally depends on your state and the specific plan. You want a plan that does NOT have sexual dysfunction as an exclusion.

Just an opinion. I personally would be surprised if any of the marketplace plans would cover an implant. Its my understanding that most of them are fairly simple in order to keep the premiums low.
If you're in a state that uses an expanded Medicaid to provide coverage? I think you'd have better luck using them. If anyone has first hand knowledge of an implant paid for by a marketplace plan. It sure would be nice to get that info.

My first implant was not big enough. And Yes more than happy.
