DISAPERAING INCONINENCE

Its been 3 years and 3 months since I had my prostate removed. I just had a 6 month follow up visit with my Urologist.
He told me my incontinence was as good as it was going to get. I have an annoying drip that is affected by caffeine and its get worse as the day goes on. I leak if I bend over or lift something. Just about any activity I do causes the drip to increase.
Im forced to wear pads in my underwear which feels like Im carrying around a wet sponge at all times. When I orgasm I ejaculate drops of urine. I can only achieve an erection by injecting my trimix or using my pump. My question to you guys has
anyone been told their incontinence was not going to improve but did! Im doubting I will ever have natural erections again but
I would certainly feel better mentally if the incontinence was gone. I welcome all thoughts and commits.

I met one guy who has an imflatable implant AND a urinary sphincter. Two pumps in his scrotum. Plus his testes.

Pump one up for an erection.

Deflate the other for urination.

Sorry I don't have anything more useful or informative.

I have the 2 pumps. I leaked heavy during orgasm. got an AUS. Not sure it is worth the hassle. Have to urinate almost every 2 hrs. I live out on average so I do a lot of peeing in the nature. The 2 pumps pinch flesh inside my scrotum which keeps things painful down there most of the time. Still leak in some positions and drip after orgasm but that could be precum.

I can only provide my experience. I do still leak on occasion but it's the exception and is usually triggered by standing from a sitting position or lifting. I do not leak enough to wear a pad. Otherwise, my experience is fairly well related in an older thread here: https://www.franktalk.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=17563&p=159738&hilit=long+walks#p159738.

Good luck. I pray you find a satisfactory resolution.

A friend had the artificial urinary sphincter installed described by LostSheep, followng his prostate removal. It worked well for him. It's described on webMD.com.
