I know I need to see a urologist to diagnose these issues (have an appt scheduled in a few weeks). I'm just trying to figure this stuff out in the meantime.
Basically there is some physical problem with my whole setup, the upper corpora cavernosa does not engorge with blood. There is some sort of injury near/below my pubic bone, to the fascia, the tunica albuginea, the corpora cavernosa, or something that causes complete ed in the upper part. I physically feel weird sensations in that area, like really damn uncomfortable tightness or something, and it attaches to my pelvic floor and causes pelvic floor dysfunction. I took a doppler test+injection last year, where the injection actually worked pretty well (though last year my ed wasn't as bad), and they didnt find anything. But what I felt personally was some blockage as blood was trying to get past that pubic bone area.
Anyone have any ideas?
Could anyone help me diagnose the cause of my ed?

Have you seen a pelvic floor specialist who has experience with male pelvic floor issues, specifically sexual dysfunctions? Just the mention of tightness sets of alarm bells here.
Seeing a urologist many not reveal problems here as most don't recognise sexual dysfunctions associated with the pelvic floor. Often these doppler tests do not show what is really occurring. I do not have a great deal of faith in them.
