When I reply to a comment, and I supposed to "Reply with quote" in the ongoing conversation most of the time?

Anything goes when it comes to ED.

I know there's not really a rule, I'm just wondering what you all do. Does it matter? I think quoting allows notifications, so quote all the time?

It all depends on the context. If the thread has wandered and there could be uncertainty as to what post you're replying to then a quote is appropriate. If you're replying to specific points or questions, a quote may be appropriate. Please note that just because a quote is appropriate, a full quote is often not necessary and can clutter up the thread. You can click on the quote, to reply with quote, and then remove the irrelevant parts of the quote you are not responding to. I like to add ..... to indicate something was removed. For whatever reason some guys habitually quote a very long post unnecessarily and that just globs up the thread. You can just quote one word if you just want notifications.

I hope that was clear and helps.

Thanks for that! Removing irrelevant parts and cluttering up the thread is why I posted this question, wasn't sure if I should or not. That makes sense.

It also is more needed if you’re replying to something a few or more mssgs back. A reply to immediately above a quote can be superfluous.
ED since mid '20, with slight Peyronies. Thus begins a search for the right solution(s); 56yo a/o Sep '21. Three months into my quest (12/21), I think PT-141, Cialis/tadalafil 20mg and L-Arginine (maybe other herbs) are a winning formula. For now.
