I’m 62 and had prostatectomy 2012. Terrible ED until 2014 and then was good with 20mg levitra. Had radiation in 2016 and still did well until last year. Now not responding to meds. Did prp and getting some morning wood - 50 percent- but otherwise no better. Check testosterone and got 510, seems good. I guess the radiation caught up with me…Any thoughts?

510 is well within the normal range for 62. When I was in my early 70s my T level was 290 - 319 and my endo said it was normal low for my age.

510 is a very good T score for someone that has gone through prostate cancer. My T got to a low of 37 after radiation and 2 six month shots of lupron. My uro said I was ridden hard and put up wet, sounds like you were also. Uro urged me to pump daily for 10 minutes to witch did nothing for me. After years of doing nothing, atrophy from non use convinced me to look to the internet for advice, I found lots of information about penis exercises and with the help of my wife I started exercising my penis daily. We believe that these exercises have returned my penis to before cancer treatment health. I have also grown in length and girth. Good luck in you endeavor.

Buzz, did you have surgery too. I had surgery and SRT and I think with both the long term outcome is not great with ED.

no surgery, only 45 treatments of radiation. It was the lupron that gave me the most problems. I was 63 at the time with no erection problems. It took me 5 years of exercises to recovery what was lost with radiation.

Last year I was 62 on had my testosterone tested. I think it was 815
