I'm pretty sure my wife would beat the hell out of me if she caught me butt fucking another woman but in the movies the wife not only encourages it, she wants to swallow your load.
STOP WATCHING PORN!
Why are you skipping Bimix, Trimix, etc?
I am not so sure about this.
When I was younger I could get an erection and it would stay hard whether I was really turned on by the person I was having sex with or not. The amount of sensory activation or signal coming from the brain was not overly important. Distracting thoughts didn’t really seem to interfere with my sexual prowess.
The inhibitory pathways working in my penis at that age were not very strong and my penis was easily stimulated by either the psychogenic pathway or the reflexogenic pathway.
These days it is a different matter. I need to focus on things that turn me on, if my mind wanders to something that doesn’t, my erection quickly starts to decline, and it takes effort to get it back. Watching porn sends a stronger signal, because we generally watch something or someone that really pushes our buttons so to speak. All porn is doing is overcoming a weakness that has developed in our erectile function, it is sending a strong signal, helping to either: squash a possible development of sympathetic hyperactivity in the erectile tissues, activate higher levels of NO production which help overcome deterioration in the endothelium as we age, overcome a loss of pressure from the arteries leading into the penis due to narrowing of these vessels, the list goes on.
When we take a PDE5i a similar thing happens, it gives the erectile function in our penis an advantage by lessening the amount of PDE5.
Porn if not used multiple times every day of our lives is just helping the erectile process simply by giving it an advantage just as Viagra or Cialis does. When we are young we don’t need the extra stimulus to get or maintain an erection as everything is working optimally.
The suggestion that moderate use of porn desensitises the brain to normal sex in my opinion has no scientific backing and in some cases can actually improve some peoples sex lives. I am far more inclined to think that when we are much older the above dysfunctions occur, erectile function becomes far weaker and we are no longer physically attracted to our partners like we may have been decades before. It is a recipe for less than perfect performance. Therefore much more stimulus could be required.
So with regard to the OP, the fact that you can get a good erection with porn IMO simply means it is helping your overcome a dysfunction (whatever that may be) by sending a very strong consistent signal. It may be that when you watch porn, you also have no issues with performance, so excessive levels of adrenergic function in the penis are not being activated like it may be with your partner. Any form of anxiety coupled with a physical dysfunction in the penis, even a mild one can wreak havoc.
I would also ask why you are not trying injections first. If you can still have erections on your own, injections would most likely overcome issues with someone else.
