I have a very weird form of ED.

I can't get hard on my own at all. I also don't get morning wood.

I am sometimes able to get hard with my girlfriend but erections are around 80% hard and I have to use cialis sometimes, which seem to be getting weaker.

With my lack of morning wood, could this be fibrosis or would this only occur once I am getting no erections at all?

Not sure of all of your circumstances, but the first thing I would do is see a "competent" urologist to get bloodwork and exam. You need to determine if this is a physical, or psychological form of ED. How old are you? When did it start? Did it occur gradually, or all at once? Did you have an injury? Were any drugs (legal or illegal) involved? What medicines do you take? What stressors do you have in your life? Getting a history might help with the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis? Something's going on and you need to follow certain initial steps to determine what that something is.

I wish you luck with this, the affects physically are bad enough, but psychologically it's a double-edged sword! Our whole being is wrapped around this one thing, and when our penis doesn't perform to our expectations, especially more than once, it becomes imprinted into our mind so bad that you're just waiting and expecting for it to happen again.

Bloods appear to be fine so no issues there.

I'm 28, 6ft and 67kg, eat healthily.

Started after 1 week in SSRIs which I came off immediately after realising.

Started taking 5mg cialis when needed. Worked very well first 4 years, now not so much. Libido is very low these days and ED is worse after both Covid Vaccines.

It’s a shame but, if your urologists shrugged you off, then you still don’t know if the cause of your ED is organic or psychological. My advise is; seek out a Urologist who specializes in ED to determine if something organic is causing your problem. If it turns out that drug interactions are the cause, then an ED specialist is much better equipped to get you through this than a general Urologist.
