Viagra stopped working for me after 3 years or so. Started giving me terrible headaches and no erections. Any of the generic versions did nothing for me. Cialis did nothing for me. My guess is if Viagra or Sildenafil don't work for you then Cialis probably won't work either. Not sure if Cialis is in generic form now.
If you are using injectables now store any vials of it in the fridge. If you have multiple vials keep the unused ones in the freezer. Trimix and Quadmix will begin to lose its effect after a month or so. I found that by 6-8 weeks my refrigerated Trimix would not do what it would do when first opened. Same with Quadmix.
With all the failures you've had have you seen a good urologist that specializes in Men's sexual needs? It took me a while to brave up to that step. Got my Viagra from my family doctor. Started Trimix from one of those fly by night men's clinics. When I finally saw a uro he discovered a venous leak so big my only hope was the implant.

I started with 25mg of Viagra in 2007. Over the next 9 years I gradually increased my dosage to 100mg. Then in the summer of 2016 it just stopped working. My Uro put me on Trimix. It took awhile to find the right strength to get me hard. Over the last five years I've had to adjust the strength upward. I think our bodies get used to the products and eventually they stop working.
