clear sticky discharge

Hey guys I had a radical prostatectomy almost 3 years ago. I am forced to wear pads because of urine leakage. The other morning after I woke up and urinated I changed my pad. Later when I was dressing for work I change the pad again because I usually don't replace it again until lunch time. When I removed the first pad I had put in I noticed there was a small spot (smaller then a dime) of clear sticky jelly like substance. It had no smell. After the spot dried it was still clear but hard and crusty like. It reminded me of dried cum. Its been about 4 days ago and hasn't happened again. I have ED as a result of my surgery. Wondering if any of you have the same experience and might know what it was I don't go back to for my next psa until May. SO far the psa level has only been a trace,

It sounds like cowper's fluid from the Cowper's Gland (bulbourethral glands). It's more commonly referred to as pre-cum. It's better than nothing I guess.

If it’s been awhile since I have cum I will sometimes shoot a good load of it. My wife says it’s tasteless and is always a good surprise. It is to me as well. We need to take what we can get I guess.
