Guys let’s face it most of us here might have this problem. I found that after implant I was constantly readjusting and couldn’t sit in the car without crushing my implant or one of its very close neighbors. I found some underwear and wow what a difference. I have no affiliation with the company other than wearing these now. If you find any good underwear for guys like us please share. The implant so far doesn’t fall like a natural dick does so I have it a try.

You might give Hanes Flannel Boxers a try. Much softer than standard boxers.

Another Brand you might try is Duluth Trading Companies Buck Naked Boxers.

There are a number of “Bulge enhancing” underwear brands on the market. I would rather not make my package more visible but because of my size I do enjoy wearing the pouch type underwear. I have tried Saxx and a few others but currently prefer “2undr” . They have a large pouch but don’t enhance the look as much as some.
