Penile Stent Anyone?

I'm 42.... ED at 38... heart attack at 38...
I smoked two packs a day for 16 years, partied w/ coke, ate cheeseburgers daily, and so therefore: ED and heart attack at 38.
I was a party addict, a sex addict, you name it... lately I don't even care about sex and my present g/f and I are breaking up after about a year of no sex.
Anyway, Since the heart attack 4 years ago-- I quit smoking, lost some weight, quit fast food, got my cholesterol way down... but NO improvement to the ED.
Testosterone is fine. My doppler says bloodflow is fine too. So I have no idea what to try to do about it anymore?
Viagra works but the cost is a day long migraine that puts me out of commission. Viagra, Cialis, etc... -work- but the side effects are brutal.
Before I call it quits and go the implant route.... HAS ANYONE HERE HAD THEIR PUDENDAL ARTERY STENTED? Or any other penile artery stented to restore bloodflow? it's rare to locate any data on this... I just know it's been done and can work pretty well but often reserved for ED as a result of injury as opposed to ED as a result of lifestyle or other underlying condition.
So anyone got information on this.... I'm fed up and depressed and prefer the ability to have a natural erection like the old days????
