Are your erections as hard as before? If so you are lucky.
Hard to say if something happened doing surgery but that would be my guess.

Almost as hard as before, I'm still adjusting my trimix dosage. But when I angle my penis upward to where it was before the surgery it painful. Before my RP surgery my erection angle was around 1:30 to 2:00 and now it at 4:30 to 5:00.

I don't know why your angle is worse. It could be you don't have your mix or dose totally perfected yet.

In your case I will even more strongly suggest some novelty/sex shop cock rings. The properly sized ring, worn around your shaft behind the boys, can help not only by giving your erection an extra boost but it pulls down on your suspensory ligament which in turn pulls your dick up. I prefer silicone rings and I'm currently using these: https://www.amazon.com/Perfect-Fit-Rings-Sturdy-Storage/dp/B01J84E5OK. They're pretty cheap, you get plenty of sizes to pick from, and they are a medium thickness. But there are a zillion rings out there of many styles, materials, tension, etc. I have quite a few rejects in the toy drawer so don't be surprised if you end up with some rejects too. Jim Stars uses velcro ties. I like the idea as they are adjustable. However, I tried them but I found them too uncomfortable. Maybe I got the wrong brand. But whatever works for you.
