HELP! Where's my girth?????

Hello all. I'm starting to freak. I am 6 weeks post surgery. I have the AMS 700 LXG and the healing process was textbook. My only concern is no matter how many times I pump I can never reach my pre surgery girth.... (Pre-surgery was 4.75" girth, post-surgery is 4.25") (length isn't exactly there either but pretty close to pre surgery length of 6.75") The head of my penis doesn't look like it's as full as it can be. Videos I've seen of other guys show their heads to be fully engorged. That's how i figured it should look and feel. When I touch my dick there's definitely room for more growth, it seems. But no amount of pumps seems to get me there. I can pump as much as 60x, nice full pumps, and it only seems to get like 80% hard. Has anyone else experienced this or have any suggestions on what I can do? I'm stressing out over this issue. My doctor is out of town for another 2 weeks. I've reached out to the manufacturer but haven't heard back yet.

First of all, calm down. Things take time.
I know it sounds crazy but after 2 1/2 years (of extremely reliable service I might add) I still think my LGX is stretching me out. I started at 6.8x6.0. They installed 23 cm (18+5). At the 2 1/2 year mark it’s a solid 6.5x5.5…..I can even eke out 6 5/8 bone pressed if I mash the ruler against my pubic bone really hard.
What I won’t see with the LGX is 6” of girth. The cylinders of the AMS product have some limitations. BUT those limitations ought not preclude you from getting back to 4.75”. The LGX doesn’t seem to cheat anyone in the 4 3/4 - 5 1/2 inch girth range. Where you get shortchanged is if you were thicker than average. You are waaaaay too early into this to freak out.
It took quite a bit of cycling and healing and getting used to it before my LGX got me back to even 5.5” in girth, but it eventually did. I suspect you’ll be fine. In the meantime, use the hell out of it. That’s what it’s for.

Man, I am incredibly appreciative of your reply. You wouldn't believe how much of a difference it's made for me, immediately. My perspective is now a complete 180. Thanks a million.

Agree w Taxgq8 and would add that you are likely hitting the deflection button -60 pumps hum? My Lgx increased my natural girth and a bit longer too. But it takes time… Relax, keep cycling slow down. Fill in your signature plz
The only other issue could be the reservore was not filled correctly, ugh.
Lets here what the Doc says.

There are 2 different sets of nerves. 1 for erection and the other to fill out your glans and penis. I have nerve damage to both. glans never fills out. Some guys get filling but they only had the erection problem. Look into trimix gel also used with your implant. It helps some. It is inserted into the urethra

Hi,
I also think you may be bumping the deflate button. Try making smaller (like half squeezes) when you pump - that works better for me than full squeezes and I get much harder that way (and less likely to bump the button). You should be getting to a point of pain if you get to the stretching point. I have gained back all my girth and nearly all of my length now -- 6 1/2 length x 6.2 girth, and seem to still be gaining. My surgery was 3/28/22 and I was worried about loss at first but now confident that all is going as good as I can hope. Sex is amazing again!

I would also suggest checking with your Dr to see if you can start doing the Perito exercises - that has been a great help for me.

Massive thanks again to everyone who has responded. I had my follow-up with the doctor. He said everything is healing properly and the device is in perfect working order. All of your suggestions have been helpful. The biggest change for me has been the small pumps. That was the key for what I was doing wrong. Many small pumps after the initial pumps made all the difference. Previously, I was fully depressing with each pump. Now I get extremely stiff to the point where additional pumps are near impossible. Also, someone mentioned I may be inadvertently pressing the release valve. I think that was a contributing factor great as well.

I have an lgx, experienced the same thing.
I don't think that you were pressing the release valve.
It's just that there is a pressure bypass valve, reach maximum pressure and it opens circulating the saline around in a loop, pressure won't increase.
Unless you use quick small compressions, just as you did. That works.
