A question for those of you with prostate cancer:
Had a radical prostatectomy 15 months ago. PSA is not 'non-detectable' and has been rising. So the doctors are recommending a 6-month course of salvage radiation with ADT. Am seriously considering implant but not sure if I should try and have it done before the radiation or wait until after. From what I have read/heard, apparently performing surgery on radiated tissues can be problematic.

Any one else out there dealing with this issue? Thoughts?

I had recurrent cancer after my prostate was removed. So after 6 months I started 37 ebrt radiation treatments. I could not get any erection with pills and only a semi with shots so I got an implant with no problems. You are welcome to send me an email for further questions.
