I skipped injections entirely. After decades of diminishing performance (and without a steady partner to give emotional suppport) I reasoned the disadvantages of injecting (without a partner sympathetic to the vagaries of injections) were more than I wanted to deal with.

Now, I have a new girlfriend (of four years) with whom I can communicate about sex in any aspect. Incredibly liberating.
