retrograde ejaculation

Hi Guys,

I'm a 37 yr old type one diabetic and for the last 10-15 years ago I have had retrograde ejaculation. I has never bothered me previously but i am keen to find a solution now.

I had an implant in May of this year, primarily to treat severe Peyronies, and 9 times out of 10 i have dry orgasms, very occasionally a small amount of semen will be produced but this is rare and not a significant amount.

Has any one had any success with oral meds? I have read that pseudoephedrine's such as Sudafed may help along with some anti depressants, ( which i really don't want to take ) - I quite like the fact that there can be little chance of any unplanned pregnancies but I would like to at least know if by taking an oral med if i could actually conceive naturally ( assuming my sperm is healthy of course )
