I came across with this on Reddit, I am not sure whether I am allowed to share links or not but here they are.

This one is about his program;
https://maxpkersting.medium.com/it-real ... 8eb95500c3

His story;
https://maxpkersting.medium.com/i-had-e ... 8f72c3a77e

His App’s website;
joinregimen.com

A documentary on a German channel; (it is German but you can watch with English subtitles)
https://youtu.be/3nCt1Ee1v5A

He has a partner who is an Urologist (Dr.Wolf Beecken)

Do you think whole these stuff is a scam or does it look legitimate? Looking for feedback especially from German members to decide if it is worth to try? (I started it for a short time then lost my motivation and quit-I am suffering from severe ED for 5-6 years with no identifiable reason)

Thanks

He's trying to sell a product... That should tell you all you need to know about whether his claim is legit

Thank you for your reply mate.

What interested me most is there is a pelvic floor training component in the program. I have seen anectodal reports of healing ED with pelvic floor exercises on internet before (as known as kegel exercises). I have also seen some medical articles about it. Anyone in this forum (particularly young) tried them in a long term, 3-6 months for example, and what were your results/experiences?

Thanks

A commitment to a healthier lifestyle improve erections. The relevant question is how big is your ED.. If it's mild or moderate and there aren't specific organic causes you'll likely have some improvements. If it's severe and pills don't work anymore the margin of improvement isn't that much expecially if you're 40-50yo or more.
