Need a New Compounding Pharmacy

Hi everyone, I just found out that the compounding pharmacy I have been using through express scripts, the military pharmacy program, will no longer be an "in network" pharmacy starting the 24th of next month.

I need a compounding pharmacy, preferably in California, but not a deal breaker, that deals with veterans and express scripts, and will ship across state lines if not in California.

I know I have helped other veterans in the past set up their compounding pharmacies to get trimix and was glad to do it. Now it's your turn to help me, please! I just placed one final order from the current pharmacy which will be here thursday, so I am good for a couple of months, BUT, getting a new pharmacy and express scripts to talk to each other can be a pain in the ass. It took me almost a month to get the current pharmacy and express scripts to talk so I got my juice at a reduced cost because of being a veteran.

Thanks in advance.

Nice to see you back on the forum Flying Duck, you have been missed.

Since we last communicated I am getting an implant on 9/20, mainly because the tri-mix was losing its effect and at my age, 77, I didn't feel I should wait any longer for the implant.

I am going to Dr. Yafi at UCI, he is terrific and I am very comfortable with my decision. When I first met Dr. Yafi I was not ready for an implant, so made arrangements for continuing the tri-mix. At that time he told me there are only two really good compounding pharmacies in the United States, University Compounding Pharmacy in San Diego which is his preference and an un-named pharmacy in Texas. I have not used them because of my pending surgery, but give them a call. Best of luck, Duck!

Aman-----Thank you for the fast response. I wrote down the information and am going to call them as soon as I post this.
Thanks again, and best of luck with your implant. I have been using trimix for over 3 years now and just a few months ago I have my uro boost it up a bit so I could get more firmness in my joy stick. I started out at 25 units with the old trimix and am still at 25 units with the new, although I was paying $46 for the old and now $70 for the new but I get 10ml which gives me 40 sticks.

It’s been several years, but when I was using Trimix my insurance plan approved Avella Pharmacy in Phoenix.
