Suggestions on Urologist in NW Ohio (Toledo area)

Hi guys. Been reading on here where lots of the posts suggest finding a Dr. that specializes in Men's health. Not having a lot of luck. Any suggestions?
Colo/Rectal Cancer 2005. Been managing with .5 mil Cialis until lately it's caused my BP to elevate and severe dizziness, and doesn't seem to be doing the trick any longer.
