May-Thurner syndrome, stenting operation in treatment of veno-occlusive ED

Hello everyone. Haven't researched if there was this kind of topic on FrankTalk, but I found some interesting articles about treatment of arteriovenous conflict (May-Thurner syndrome) leading to pelvic vein congestion, chronic pain, one/two-sided varicocele, ileofemoral varicose veins and, of course, veno-occlusive ED (venous leakage).
The essence of the syndrome is that aorta and its' branches lower it's bifurcation put pathologic pressure on the left common vena iliaca (sry i know latin better than English if it is about anatomy), which leads to congestion in prostatic vein plexus, which meanwhile leads to symptoms mentioned above.
Several studies I checked show that stenting operation and angioplasty can provide an improvement in the pelvic vein system to the point where ED can be treated or, at least, the main pathologic reason can be eliminated, so I guess it is possible to expect a deterioration stop, idk.
On the other hand, I heard that all surgery manipulations on the blood system are not working properly and it's just an option to get our money.

The year of these studies is 2019, so it's kinda new, and in common this medical field is not very popular in ordinary urologists/andrologists
What are your thoughts? Does it seem like a hope for those who has a VL ED?
